Haunted House Waiver For GRIM G

I. Introduction

Welcome to Grim G! Before you embark on your journey through our spine-chilling attraction, we kindly ask that you carefully read and understand the terms of this Haunted House Waiver (“Waiver”). By signing this Waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined herein.

II. Acknowledgment of Risks

1. You acknowledge that participating in the haunted house attraction may involve physical exertion, sudden movements, darkness, loud noises, strobe lights, fog effects, and other startling elements.
2. You understand that these factors may cause physical or psychological distress, including but not limited to anxiety, panic attacks, and injury.
3. You recognize that while GRIM G takes precautions to ensure your safety, there are inherent risks associated with visiting a haunted house attraction.

III. Release of Liability

1. In consideration of being permitted to enter GRIM G, you hereby release, waive, and discharge GRIM G, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you while participating in the haunted house attraction.
2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRIM G from any claims or actions brought by third parties arising out of your participation in the haunted house attraction.

IV. Assumption of Risk

1. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the haunted house attraction and assume all risks associated with such participation.
2. You certify that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating in the haunted house attraction.
3. You agree to follow all instructions provided by GRIM G staff and to refrain from engaging in any reckless behavior that may endanger yourself or others.

V. Consent to Use Likeness

You grant GRIM G the right to use your likeness, including photographs and video recordings, captured during your visit to the haunted house attraction for promotional purposes without compensation or further consent.

VI. Severability

If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

VII. Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.

VIII. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or winning a free ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Haunted House Waiver for GRIM G.

IX. Parental Consent

(if participant is under 18 years old)

I, the parent or legal guardian of the participant named above, hereby consent to and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Haunted House Waiver on behalf of the minor participant by purchasing this ticket.
